Online Title Search Request Form

Title searches are required for the properties below:

Simply provide as many details as you can on the form below. You will receive a confirmation of your request, which you can then print and retain for your records. Your Search and an Invoice will be forwarded to you by mail. (Please allow 3 - 4 working days).

Need Help? - Click on LASSI to search your property details. Once the property is displayed, select the ‘Identify Property’ button in the toolbar, reclick on the highlighted property, and details of Lot or Crown Allotment numbers will be displayed. You can then continue to complete this form.

In most cases, total cost per search (excluding General Law) should be just over $42.00. Please note: NO amount has been charged to you at this stage. We attend the Titles Office in person to investigate your request. We are unable to fax or email, as copies are often supplied on A3 size, often many pages. Instruments including Covenant or Mortgage are not provided as part of the standard ownership search, but can be requested (additional costs). You will need to allow 3 to 4 working days for proper investigation, checking, invoicing and mail delivery. If you do not wish to proceed on these terms, please do NOT submit your request.
